How can I earn Point?
We automatically add point by plan you registered.
(You have to use Same ID that you used before, otherwise you would lose your points.)
Or if you purchased Token, you can convert 35 Token = 1pt.
Can I earn point with my credit card payment?
You can earn point every 30 days until your subscription expire.
Can I earn additional point before my next billing date?
Yes, you can earn additional point.
You need to purchase token first,
then you can convert them to point from "My Page."
Is there any way I can continue previous account with the points that I earned before?
You can continue to collect previous point(s) that you earned previously when you continue within 30 days of expiration date.
If you did not continue your subscription within 30 days, you will lose 2 points for every 30 days.
Example:
2011-04-01 -- 6 points
2011-05-01 -- 4 points -- (Decreased 2 points)
2011-05-31 -- 2 points -- (Decreased 2 points)
2011-06-30 -- 0 points -- (Decreased 2 points)
To continue your previous points, you have to Log in our web site first, then click "Renew your membership?" button on My Page section.
(be sure to use same Email address that you registerd first.)
How to convert Token to Member Points.
This is the example of how to convert Token to Member Points by using Windows7 and Internet Explorer 11.
It might be different from other OS and browser.
1. Click "Login" in the upper right corner of screen.
Use your registerd E-mail address for Login ID.
Password is case-sensitive. Please copy and paste it.
2. Click the "My Page".
3. Click the "Convert Token to Member Points" button at Member Information tab.
4. Select how many Tokens you would like to convert.
5. Click the "OK" button.
6. You can see new Tokens and Member Points.
