As used herein, subscriber shall be referred to as Subscriber or you and GIRLS DELTA or we.
This Agreement will take effect when a user ID and password is issued to Subscriber by GIRLS DELTA,
accordingly, all charges for the Service shall commence upon issuance of the user ID and password to Subscriber.
Group or corporation usage would not allow. Do not share it with anybody else.
Shared accounts will be detected by our security systems and disabled automatically.
If person who access GIRLS DELTA using third person's ID and password or leak it, we would claim damages.
Except for public domain material and electronic messages, all material displayed on the Service is copyrighted
and may not be copied, redistributed or downloaded, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of GIRLS DELTA,
unless otherwise clearly stated in this Agreement.

If subscriber is not able to use our contents more than 1 week because of server machine trouble,
we are going to extend your expiration date. Server traffic in specific time is not included.
We are not going to return Membership Fees in any reason.
